Monday, August 28th
    Carnival armbands go on sale at the City Hall from 9 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.
  • Pre-Registration for parade may also be done at City Hall at this time.  
  • If you are not competing for a prize, if you are not competing for a prize
  • preregistration is NOT necessary.
  • Master numbers will be handed out at the Fair Office window from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Commercial Building will open at 2 p.m.
  • Fair opens at 5 p.m. 
  • Carnival opens from 6 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Tuesday, August 29th
  • Master numbers will be available at the fair office window from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Carnival armbands go on sale at the City Hall- CASH ONLY from 9 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. 
  • Field crops may be entered in the Cow Barn from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. 
  • Pre-Registration for parade may also be done at the City Hall at this time.  If you are not competing for a prize,                                                      pre-registration is NOT necessary.
  • Educational items may be entered into the June Simington Building from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Line up for the parade begins at 5 p.m. downtown.
  • Parade starts at 6 p.m. downtown going toward the fair grounds.  Route may be changed due to temperature for the walkers and animals.
  • Carnival will be open from 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. 

Wednesday, August 30th 
  • Adults may check in plants, baked goods, and field crops from 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. 
  • Veteran's Appreciation Day begins at 10 a.m. under the big tent.
  • Education Building will be closed to the public at 10 a.m. while the judging takes place.  The Education Building will re-open following the      judging and will be open until 8 p.m.
  • Carnival armbands go on sale at the City Hall- CASH ONLY from 9 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. 
  • Livestock will be checked in from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.  Non-refundable stall/pen fee will be due at this time, NO EXCEPTIONS.  Weigh-in will              follow check-in from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. 
  • Chickens MUST be bleed before entering the fairgrounds, Contact Heather Akins 870-378-3044.
  • Carnival opens from 6 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Thursday, August 31st
  • Master numbers will be available at the Fair Office deck from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.  NO LATE ARRIVALS PLEASE.
  • Check- in for the horses will be on the deck of the Fair office from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.  Non-refundable stall/pen fee of $5 will be required at            this time, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Hog Show begins at 9 a.m.
  • June Simington building opens 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
  • Open Sheep, Jr. Sheep, Open Goat, and Jr. Goat Show will begin at 2 p.m.
  •  Commercial Building will be open from 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. 
  • Horse Show will begin at 6 p.m. in the Rodeo Arena.
  • Carnival will be open from 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. 

Friday, September 1st
  • Beef, Dairy, and Open Cattle show will begin at 9 a.m. 
  • June Simington Building will be open from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
  • PRE-REGISTRATION FOR THE BLUE RIBBON AUCTION IS A MUST.  Pre-registration will be from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. at the Fair Office deck.
  • Commercial Building will open at 2 p.m. 
  • Blue Ribbon Auction begins at 6 p.m.
  • Rodeo Wrist Bands go on sale at the Fair Office Window at 6 p.m.  WRIST BANDS MUST BE IN PLACE BEFORE ENTERING THE ARENA.
  • Mutton- Bustin' for the youth begins at 7 p.m. by work of the Universal Rodeo Company.
  • Rodeo begins at 8 p.m. put on by the Chigger Valley Rodeo Company.
  • Carnival will be open from 5 p.m. - Midnight 

Saturday, September 2nd 
  • Horseshoe Pitching Contest begins at 9 a.m. 
  • Baggo starts at 10 a.m. 
  • Commercial Building and June Simington Building open from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. 
  • Wood Cutting Competition begins at 1 p.m. in the Show Ring.
  • Pre-registration for the Scholarship Auction will be form 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. at the Fair Office deck.                                                                                  REGISTRATION FOR THE AUCTION IS A MUST.
  • Scholarship Auction will take place as soon as the Wood Cutting Contest is finished and items can be placed.
  • Rodeo wrist bands go on sale at 6 p.m.  WRIST BANDS MUST BE IN PLACE BEFORE ENTERING THE ARENA.
  • Rodeo begins at 8 p.m.
  • Carnival will be open from 5 p.m. - Midnight

Sunday, September 3rd 
  • The June Simington Building will open to workers at 1 p.m. and to the public at 2 p.m.  This gives the workers time to get the master                numbers together and help make pick-up easier.  Please have a record of everything you brought when coming to pick up your items.
